24-HOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
All of Brisbane Bargain Rent a Car's family sedans or station wagon rental cars are covered by 24-hour roadside assistance.
If you do have a problem, you simply call the Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ) (AA equivalent). We provide you with their telephone number. An experienced RACQ mechanic will be there shortly to solve the problem. All mechanical problems will be for our account. Cheap car rental in Brisbane comes with real customer support service!
(In northern NSW, your call for assistance with your rental car will be responded to by the RACQ's sister automobile association, the NRMA).
DAMAGE REDUCTION WAIVERS
Liability Reduction Waiver (Optional) is available to ZERO liability.
In the event that the rented vehicle incurs any damage/loss, the renter is responsible for payment of the liability amount of which is shown on the face of the rental agreement. Apart from obvious accidents, this also includes and is not limited to items such as missing wheel covers, vandalism, hail damage, any interior damage including and not limited to cigarette burns.
Our cars may only be driven on gazetted roads.
Loss/damage cover is subject to the terms and conditions on the rental agreement being met.

Communications are great, all points covered well. There was nothing that happened during my time using one of the vehicles that requires improvement. Provided all the information on speed cameras, speed limits, toll roads, gave good maps and directions. Everything was covered off, while it may have been alot of information to take in, id rather know all the hidden fees of speeding tickets, tolls etc than get back home and find out. Really good! Brisbane Bargain Rent a Car were extremely helpful. We needed to extend our rental contract, no worries, all taken care of over the phone. Return the car after business hours, no worries, park it, lock it up and deposit keys in deposit box. I have been renting from Brisbane Bargain Rent a Car for about 7 years now, and I am thrilled with service every time I hire there. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Brisbane Bargain Rent a Car will always be special to me as this is where my husband proposed to me on Christmas night in 2008 when he faked a back injury loading suitcases into the car and he went down on bended knee! The staff are always great and helpful and always good to get info from.

The whole process was so easy. Staff both over the phone and in person were really friendly and helpful. The vehicle was excellent value for money, and got us around during our holiday. All the staff we met with were professional, friendly and very helpful. The car hire package was comprehensive and took care of all the local driving issues that visitors wouldn't necessarily know about, e.g. toll charging.

Hi, Everything went as I expected. Pick up was prompt, the trusty ol Camry was excellent. Having the big map book was invaluable, and not always done elsewhere. We were very impressed with the service and the professionalism. The chap who picked us up from the airport in the shuttle was very helpful and took us to a supermarket as we arrived after hours and needed supplies. We dropped the car back at the airport so we had no contact when the car was dropped off. We will be coming back next year and will be getting in contact again for a Falcon wagon. I have used Brisbane Bargain Rent a Car on several occasions over the past 8 years when visiting the Sunshine Coast and can honestly recommend them to others. The customer service has been excellent from the time of making the booking to the return of the vehicle. Airport pickups are on time and hassle free. There has been no hidden costs with the vehicle hire or insurance. My family members have been able to drive the hire vehicle at no extra cost. The vehicles I have hired have been well maintained and trouble free on every trip. ( I am aware that I can contact the company at any time if a problem does arise) If you donj't require a top of the range luxury vehicle then this is the company I would recommend.

Yes, we were perfectly satisfied with the Toyota Camry. Our choice of your company was not so much a question of price but one of convenience.
We wanted to travel up North but avoid the dense traffic in the City which, of course, we don't know as well as our own Auckland. You're virtually located on the route to the Sunshine Coast (our destinations were Gympie and Noosa), easy to get to by taxi from our hotel to collect the car and easy to find when returning the car. We were delighted with the service provided and would certainly use you again and recommend you to others.

Based on a recommendation from a neighbour who swore by the man and the company, we rented a lovely little Echo from Michael at Bargain Rent a Car in October, 2011. Blue it was. the price was right, and it liked to run for ever on a tank of gas. Even when I dislocated a wing mirror against an malicious concrete column in an underground parking garage, all went well. No one took a fit. When I got home, Michael's cooperation in helping file the credit card insurance claim was second to none. MasterCard paid back in full, no questions asked. Our treatment at the office was as if we were family. Easy to make a booking, Lisa was quite helpful over the phone in answering our questions and sorting the booking out. The car was incredibly clean and well maintained considering it's age. We were taken by surprise at first, but after driving it over the weekend it was easily worth the price we paid for it. it was an excellent experience, and we will definitely be renting again.

We were very happy with the service we recieved and don't think anything needs to change. We didn't mind having a older car. The main thing we were looking for was a car that would get us to and from our destinations without any issues. I believe nothing more could have been done. Everything i found with Brisbane bargain rent a car was amazing, there was nothing that could be improved on. Had never driven a hatchback before and found the mazda metro to be very spacious and held all our luggage easily. their needs to be excellent "button" instead of just a very good. the staff at Brisbane bargain rent a car went above and beyond any other car company i have dealt with the made our time away from home completly perfect.

Amelia was lovely and looked after us very well. We really appreciated the car upgrade. Made for a more relaxing time for us(seniors).Had a discussion about our daughter's wedding near Bangalow in May when we'll again need a good car from you. We have been hiring a car from this business for many years and do recommend you often, Keep up the good work. I was extremely impressed with Bargain rent a car. In particular the ease at which we hired and returned the car. Unlike other car hire agencies it took no longer than 5 mins. They provided us with a map book and a large scale map that highlighted petrol stations near them to make returning the car very easy. On the whole I would recommend without hesitation and have done!

Very simple and seamless - drop off after hours was easy. Provided maps which were extremely useful - would recommend to anyone - price was very competitive as well. Vehicle (Echo) athough not brand new was extremely reliable did not miss a beat. Very helpful staff from booking with Michael, pick up at airport with ??? I was really impressed with the service, the lovely clean office & toilets, and also noted that the office was "child friendly". There was also a "cold drinks" fridge to be purchased at nominal charge. The car we hired was well presented and ran perfectly for the 8 days we had it.

Everything was ready when we collected the car. The arrangement for paying tolls was very good. Another hire company charges $2.20 admin fee for each toll charge, which is downright robbery. All the staff were so kind and helpful. The webpage easy to understand and use. The shuttle was such a big help. A big saving on taxis. The magna was a great car. I had to carry Dad's wheelchair around and the boot was a good size to fit it and the suitcases. The map with the fuel stops on it was a great help.

There was some confusion with the drop off times yestesday and when we arrived the office was closed. After I called the 1800 number someone turned up accepted the vechile and dropped us off at the airport. This was really good service and we really appreciated it.

The car was a six seater Falcon AU. For us it was very important to have the six seater option in a wagon as opposed to the more expensive people mover option. The rental rates were very reasonable and reflected that, for it's age, the car was in tidy and good condition.

We recognise that the vehicles are not new and experience over 5/6 rentals has always been acceptable. The most recent car was probably the best of any. During 30 years of international business travel I have hired cars all over the world in 1st 2nd and 3rd world countries. Most try to be what they are not. The communication and car were both excellent. As were instructions on route. We worried a bit that the petrol guage stayed on full for so long. But clearly the car didn't use a lot of petrol! Met our requirements perfectly. Everything was great. We were so glad to be recommended to you.

Prompt pick-up at and delivery to airport. We have rented many times and have always been happy. We have found staff to be pleasant, cars reliable bus-driver helpful and courteous.

Just a quick email to say thank you for your friendly and helpful service. Having a cost effective rental vehicle made our holiday much more enjoyable as we had more money in our pocket to be able to do things while we were in Australia. Being picked up personally by Rose was a nice added touch. Thank you Rose for the driving tips and directions (and yes the off airport rental park wasn't exactly well signposted just as you said) but we got a good view of Brisbane Airport in the process. We hope everything was in order when you picked your vehicle up. We will be recommending your services to friends who will be travelling over early next year and will definitely be using you again.
